Bonnie and her mother Florence decided to move to The Villages in Central Florida. They were referred to Sharon Flood who helped them stage and market their home resulting in multiple offers. During the title search, it came to light that the 20-year-old screen enclosure didn't have a closed-out permit. County authorities demanded new plans which would have cost $4,000. Sharon knew there was a better way so she drove Bonnie the county building department and found someone who was understanding and who could apply a common sense solution to an aged permit.
